Do I think he molested children? Yep. I think OJ did it, too. Trials are generally settled by the jury selection. That's why people who can afford it hire lawyers who do profiling of jury members.

You're not being responsive to my point.

My point is that nobody here knows for a fact whether he's guilty or not, and since we don't know, do we hope it occurred, or do we hope it never occurred?

Can you answer that question?

Who around here could possibly hope he molested children? That'd be a very sick to hope for, obviously. I certainly hope he didn't, but think he probably did.

Well, I thought the point was convoluted. Would I prefer that a child be molested so I would be proved correct? Of course not.

What I hope, though, doesn't change what did or didn't happen. There were too many confirmed instances of a full grown man with obvious psychological problems paying people money to take their underage children back to his house. He spent the night in bed with them.

I saw the interview where he talked about spending the night with them and the whole "I'd just kiss them and tuck them in. It was very sweet" interview, and it doesn't pass the BS test.

I haven't picked up on these threads that people hoped he was a child molester. I got the impression that many, including myself, thought he was a child molester.

In one sense, I felt sorry for Jackson. He had everything, and went through a complete meltdown. I also think he had some undisclosed medical problems. Some of those came from the butchering of his face during the multiple cosmetic surgeries.

Towards the end, what I found oddest was the number of people who still invested so much emotion in him. Putting all the possible illegal activity aside, he was a walking circus side show. Course, I think the same thing about Britney Spears, River Phoenix, Elvis Presley (towards the end, the 300 pound concerts), and Phil Spector. People falling apart are sad and sometimes dangerous. They're not entertainment to me.
