So, this isn't really so bad. He may have had an argument with his wife and needed to get away for a while. That is why she didn't know where he was. I suspect it was some lefty 'reporter' who threw in the phrase "cruising in his car" so to create false speculation that he was out looking for guys or some such craziness.
A guy who storms out on his like that leaving her with the 4 kids for a week—which I think an improbable motivation anyway—isn’t someone the Pubbies should be backing for president.
