Notice how the only significant protests are in urbanized Tehran. The backcountry goatlovers are bascially happy with Achma-whatsizname and his towelheaded backers.
Hardly. You don't get the numbers in these protests simply from universities. From some of the videos I've seen, there are three generations of people out there, right down to gray-haired old women. People across the city are chanting from the rooftops at night.
And I'd bet my last dollar that any support the "backcountry" folks have for IaNutJob is the same kind of support Iraqi citizens had for Hussein: support him or suffer.
