“Is there something that I can drive up for that will not cost me anything? I don’t have a spare $1000 for the whole crew for the weekend. A day trip up is fine but if I can not enjoy any of the FReeper events we will probably not drive up that day.”

I don’t know how long a drive it would be for you to DC, but if it isn’t too long you could come for the Tea Party events during the day and also the Saturday evening Convention Banquet. However, when the banquet is over it would mean driving home in the dark. Hope the drive is not too long and that you could at least attend the banquet. :)

I am in southern VA, so it is only a couple of hours up to DC for us. I don’t mind driving in the dark, so that is not an issue. We will do our best to make it.

Is their going to be any type of meet and greet for Freeper's that are not going to the convention?

I have reserved 2 rooms for the group I am bring. However, would love to meet other freepers.

I am not purchasing a convention ticket, tapped out on the travel and rooms.
