Personally, I think all crime falls into hate crime.
Now CERTAIN political beliefs will be protected while others will not.
The political correctness of criminalizing conservativism is almost complete.
As it stands, it is perfectly legal for an employer to discriminate against Republicans and hotel to refuse service to persons with GW Bush stickers on their cars.
This would make the contrary discriminations illegal.
As it stands today, there is no “hate speech” in denouncing abortion. But to call that man’s death a “hate crime” means legistlating it so.
Meanwhile the Gaystapo vandalizing chuches and assaulting Christians was not pursued as a hate crime by the Feds in spite of the religious persecution.

Except against white males; new legislation should state that it’s a hate crime to murder anyone except white males...
Except, of course, for “love crimes.”
Well, I'd say thievery falls under "greed crime."
Unless it's b/c their family is starving, then it's "desperation crime."
But there are places they can go that can help out...so it's really "ignorance crime."
