It is interesting that he talks about the intent and how his intent was misunderstood or there were misconceptions, yet he never really defines what the intent was....he makes excuses. He should have said it was deplorable and it is time to change.
I think it was to take a mean-spirited swipe at Sarah Palin thru her daughter—& yeah, I think he meant the 14-year old.
