Obama's real goal is to have universal government health care, which means artificial price controls, fewer doctors and hospitals, long waits for treatment resulting in unnecessary deaths, lower quality, and lack of freedom to decide what treatment is best. Obama and his Socialist Congress want to dictate to us the medical care we are "allowed". We will be told that it's illegal to pick our own doctor or hospital, even if we can pay for it. This deprives me of my right to life and liberty.
Where in the Constitution is the president or the Congress empowered to dictate my medical care?
Contrary to Obama's "spin", with which he claims that failure to have more government control will bankrupt the U.S., government control is The Problem.

This country is already broke, on a major scale, thanks to Obama. So somehow, socialized medicine is going to undo our massive Obama debt????

He has an antisocial personality disorder. This is a psychological condition most easily identified by near-pathological lying, deceit, manipulation, delusion, and in some cases paranoia.

Confounding one’s opponents is a major tactic for winning.
Throwing their own prime conclusions against them, regardless of correctness/applicability, goes a long way to this end by leaving it to them to explain, to a disinterested populace, what the difference and truth is.
Accusation: nationalized health care will bankrupt the US.
Rather than rhetorically taking that correct accusation on, just throw it back at the opponents.
Retort: lack of nationalized health care will bankrupt the US.
Most voters won’t understand the difference, and the bully pulpit tends to win such arguments over the disaffected minority.
