In my visit to Johnstown, I could tell it was owned by Murtha in the same way Tony Soprano owns his interests. Nobody spoke ill of him and there were tributes and plaques to him everywhere. I got the impression that not many liked him, but if they didn't vote for him they certainly weren't going to talk about it.
It is a shame really, it is a beautiful area and the people were wonderful to spend time with.

I fear this is just the tip of the iceberg once the stimulus kicks into high gear and the government starts spending money on Murtha-like projects like a sailor on liberty. The corruptocrats, of course, posture themselves as the benevolent lords of their manors, even though its your and my money building these monuments to wastefulness.
"Sickening" doesn't even begin to describe it - "ominous" is more like it.
