The Pentagon leaks secrets like a sieve. Yet no one in the hospital can “accidentally” drop it in a trash can? Or pull a good old fashioned switcheroo (featured prominently on “24”)?
Y’know, it might just be in the best interests of Israel to sic their inelligence service on those records. If the Mosaad had positive proof that Zero was born in Kenya they just might get those helicopters he gave to Egypt.
Not surprising that a hospital wouldn’t comment in a situation like this.Only a court order would that.
The people who appear to want to go on record (hospital, doctor, witness) say Barry was born overseas to a British-subject father and a mother who could not have “made” Baby-Barry an American citizen. No one seems to want to go on record saying that Barry was born in Hawaii (hospital, doctor, witness).
Maybe we’re going about this all wrong. Maybe we should be looking for his birth certificate in Kenya.

I’ll bet a bottle of good Scotch incriminating records will appear as miraculously and as embarrassingly as Hillary’s billing records.
Does HIPAA apply here, since it was so long ago? Also, the hospital probably has gotten rid of the records by now...

I don't know what the law says about keeping records. I would imagine there's some federal guidance as well as state guidance that may vary from state to state. But, I'm certain that if those records still existed, they would absolutely be covered under HIPAA.
Unfortunately, neither will occur in this instance.
My guess is that the records are long gone. IIRC, a hospital only has to keep records something like 10 years after the last encounter, so if that’s the case, they are surely gone by now...
Seeing as how he was born of a jackal, perhaps they should look for the elusive document at the local vet or zoo.
