LCMS (Lutheran Church Missouri Synod) WELS (Wisconson Synod) are the main ones. There are also a handful of smaller synods like the Iowa Synod, etc (I’m sorry, I don’t know all of the smaller ones).

However, the ELCA is by far the largest synod. Its too bad they went apostate years ago.

LC-MS, WELS, and ELS. There maybe smaller synods also, but I am not very familar with them.

I’m a pastor in the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations. (We left the ELCA in 1989.)

The AFLC website is www. aflc. org.

Most of the southeastern synod of the ELCA is moderate to conservative. The exception being a couple of congregations in Atlanta.

Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.

Lutheran Church - Wisconsin Synod.

Both are pro-life.

Outside of Lutheran churches, those in the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) are ardently pro-life too.
