Kim Jong-il, the North Korean leader, eats live fish, according to his former chef. The 68-year-old enjoys raw fish so fresh "that it is still moving" washed down with fine French wines and brandies, Kenji Fujimoto said.
"He particularly enjoyed raw fish so fresh that he could start eating as its mouth is still gasping and the tail is still thrashing," he said. "I sliced the fish so as not to puncture any of the vital organs, so of course it was still moving. Kim Jong-il was delighted. He would eat with gusto."
The 56-year-old chef, who is in hiding in Japan after fleeing North Korea, is to publish a book called I Was Kim Jong-il's Cook.
He adds in the book that the North Korean leader would host "pleasure parties" and order women to dance naked to "American dance music" with his aides.
Mr Fujimoto adds in his book "Kim Jong-il liked to watch", The Sun has reported.

Kim Jong-il, the North Korean leader, eats live fish, according to his former chef. Sounds like one of the world's easiest jobs - chef for someone who eats live fish.

VERY coomon in asia, I’ve seen dishes where they cut up an octopuss and put it in your dish raw and still moving.
Fresh raw fish which is thinly sliced is very good.
That’s assuming he’s not pulling a Gollum and taking a bite directly out of the fish.

Getting neat slices out of it is the tricky part.
