Does he realize that the French did not participate in the D-Day Invasion? De Gaulle wouldn’t even get on the radio and tell the French to cooperate. Ike didn’t even trust him to know about Operation Overlord until the day before.

What Americans is that ninny talking about? I don’t know anybody who even likes the word French, and I personally try to avoid using it as it makes me feel dirty somehow. The reporter must be mistaken. That sounds more like something Biden would say. On the other hand, 0bama might have been reading from the wrong teleprompter.
