I recall the time some idiot shot a cop dead and a county wide manhunt ensued until the perp ran into the woods. IIRC this happened right here in Florida, but I think it was in the center of the state (I'm in the south). The MSM got all indignant when the cops put like 140rds into the perp and demanded to know why the body was all blown apart. The sheriff replied defensively:
"Hey, don't give me a hard time because we ONLY hit him 140 times! We shot everything we had!" :~)
That would have been the response in the SOUTH had some bozo gunned down a recruiter. But since it's NJ he'll get a publicly funded lawyer and a trial and probably some probation.... and the state will enact more gun control laws because those politicians are what they are. You get the government you deserve.
