OK by me. I'm sure that Virginia is going to appreciate your help. Texans tend to help themselves and appreciate help if it's given without strings and with good intentions.
Look at how Galveston is after the hurricane and how New Orleans is ...... I suspect that Virginia has a large population of nipple people and I wish we could ship ours up there.
