You ARE being sarcastic, right? I do wish President Bush would, for once, come out fighting.
That's the thanks they get for giving their blood, sweat and tears to keep this country safe all these years. Can the same be said of the Kennedy family? For all their flaws I would rather have any of the Bushes in the White House right now over what we are stuck with.
Bush can start his speech by ‘OUT-POLIGIZING 0’. His first apology is to conservatives for providing 0 the best alley-oop set-up to a slam-dunk election with his PANIC-DEER-IN-THE-HEAD-LIGHTS ‘AUGUST SURPRISE’ CHICKEN-LITTLE-THE-SKY-IS-FALLING ‘STIMULUS B.S.’ SYNDROME that he left us with!
Maybe Bush will join Powell and condemn Cheney, maybe he will actually announce his approval of Obama and switch along with his buddy, Spector. What an embarrassment that would be for the Bushbots. Of course, at that point we will find their true allegiance they also decide to permanently leave FR website and go to the DU.
Perhaps Melchior and the BDSers could just go away instead?

Why should the Bush family go away? Freedom of Speech, they can say whatever they want to say. Now, the speech from W that I’m really looking forward to will occur in a few years, when he stands before the world and says ‘Ha! I wasn’t that bad after all, WAS I????’
