So a new law will prevent the govt from breaking an old law? And what do you do when they decide to break the new law? take it court?

Hmmmmmm. Martial Law is defined by the setting aside of normal law. So here we have a normal law that restricts martial law. The logic is perplexing.

That said, I salute their spirit.

Under martial law all bets are off and you are on your own.

The last thing I would do is surrender my arms, no effin way!

Martial law in the USA would be nothing less than anarchy!

THe federal Courts will throw it out — because the rule of WASHINGTON trumps the rule of the “sovereign” states in our current perverted, antiConstitutional reality.

Its been a bad year for gun grabbers in Tennessee, as well as the Memphis Commercial Appeal.

Hmmm! let's see....Wisconsin law says "open carry" is legal but that hasn't stopped the gun-grabbing Polizei from creating havoc by issuing arrest warrants, confiscating weapons, and running up legal costs for abiding citizens who happen to be carrying openly.

Why do I think that TN Polizei will confiscate at first opportunity and let the courts sort it out later.

Makes sense, since many of the citizens so affected could already be at ground temperature as a result of being defenseless. That would minimize the number of subsequent court cases against the Polizei.

There is only one way to prevent the State from confiscating guns. That is to stop (with deadly force if necessary) any State minion who tries.
