I have an old high school friend that never got married but he still wants to go out drinking and partying like he did 20 years ago. He doesn't have that switch in his head that tells him when a joke is inappropriate. Biden reminds me of that friend.

Like my brother at funeral home for just deceased dad- he joked about getting picture of dad in a Depends to put on a plaque with his daughter in his diaper and wanted to give it to friends and family. Said brother saw nothing wrong with this joke just days after our dad died.
