NOBODY with that type of reversal rate would even be allowed on a STATE COURT appeals court.
60% that is horrific.
Think of the injustice done to people who could not afford to appeal higher.
The article states that she has authored 380 majority opinions. (Assume 11 years, or 34 - 36 opinions per year for her.)
Of the 380 majority opinions, the Supreme Court accepted appeals to review 5 of those 380 cases. (How many of the 380 cases were appealed? good question.)
Of the 5 that were appealed, 3 of the 5 judgements were reversed.
She was wrongly seated on the 2nd Circuit ....she belonged on the 9th Circus, the most reversed Circuit Court on the nation.
