Somebody at WND got his traces tangled, or re-wrote the provisions to create a story about the native-citizen flap, when it was a press-shield/Judy Miller story all along.
I've occasionally wondered, was Judy Miller fired for her Valerie Plame story and how she handled her sources, or because New York Times editors decided she was a Bush tool because she rode a tank and didn't ice-pick Bush during the Iraq War?
My guess is they re-wrote it, for whatever reason. Probably to get hits at the site. They've made all kinds of wild claims about the birth certificate, with nothing to back it up that I've seen.
I guess they didn't count on some people taking the time to actually look at the bill they referred to.
