If he’s going to apologize, it should be for the actions of his fellow Democrats: Roosevelt and Truman, not the U.S. troops.

dittos to that, ultimate sacrifice is right. I wish to God that the importance of this day, and the men and women who made that sacrifice, could somehow regain that importance it had when I was a kid. different country now, different (indifferent?)people. the fact that ‘a three day weekend’ comes to anybody first when thinking of Memorial Day is really sad......
