marron: "I respect her a great deal. She's proven herself to be a talented and able governor, and she has more moral courage than almost anyone in any room she's in. There is certainly no one in this room that can hold a candle to her."
Joy: "Do you think she think she thinks that Africa is a continent or a country?"
marron: "We've just elected the least accomplished president in our history. I don't know if you've noticed that."
Mr Rogers: "I believe in God. Anyone else has faults, but she is Governor of Alaska, and doesn't seem to sell favors like the Democrat governor of Illinois, and pays her taxes, unlike most of Obama's cabinet. She certainly has more relevant job experience than our current President."
Joy: "Do you think she think she thinks that Africa is a continent or a country?"
Mr Rogers: "To use a line from the movies, she shits bigger than you! Of course she knows it is a continent. Do you have a relevant question?"
At some point, a conservative needs to jump in their chili and keep it up while they howl. It is like dealing with Iran - they have no interest in friendship or honor. Playing nice is worthless. You need to attack them, again and again.
But the best advice is to ignore them. It is like allowing CBS to tape an interview - which is like getting in a fight with both hands tied behind your back. Either do it live, with professional advice from someone who understands lighting, seating, etc, or don't do it at all.
