“Constitutional Law” has very little to do with the Constitution and everything to do with what judges have ruled about the Constitution.
It’s a deconstructionist view of the document.
To be fair, Judges may take a deconstructionist view of the document, but many Con Law professors simply teach the cases as they were written. They can’t help it that the judges are kooks.
