MIRAN SHAH: The death toll of US drone attack in North Waziristan has reached to 17.
Sources said US drone fired two missiles on a madrasah and a vehicle in Khesoor area in Mir Ali sub division on Saturday morning. Five more bodies were recovered from the rubbles of the madrasah that brought the toll to 17. Periodic flights of US drones continued in the area created panic among the locals.
I have nothing to base that hunch on just a gut feeling.
As long as the CIA didn’t lie to Congress about it, it’s OK.
Sissy Matthews: “They were just innocent bystanders”
Darth Cheney: “You know what happens to innocent bystanders.”
How many were “innocent” civilians? I’m sure we’ll shortly “know.”
Actually, not all of the locals - only those who frequent sites occupied by Taliban.

Also, the Paki's have asked for drone flights.
Hanging out at the local Taliban clubhouse could be dangerous to your health.
It must have been a major target for it to have targeted a madrassah.
Thanks ...
“How many were innocent civilians? Im sure well shortly know.”
Quick answer, all of em.
Longer answer, all of em, after the clean up crew gets there to clear the area of weapons and ammo, and arrange the bodies for greatest propaganda impact.
A single 47 lb “blast” (HE) warhead on a Hellfire.
I wonder how upset the pakis would have been if they dropped a few MK84s? (B1 = 24 MK84)

{snip} A suspected drone slammed two missiles into a compound, where militants were staying and where they kept an ammunition dump, a security official said.
My guess is that the ammo dump going up contributed to the high death toll.
