Democrats on the House intelligence committee said Thursday that CIA officers broke the law in 2002 if they told Nancy Pelosi then that they had not yet engaged in waterboarding.
"If they make a false report, absolutely it's illegal," said Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. "If they fail to make a report when they're obligated to that is also illegal — a violation of the National Security Act."
Said CIA Spokesman George Little: “It is not the policy of the CIA to mislead the United States Congress.”

Works for me, go after them, I’d like to hear what they have to say. A shame it’s not a crime for a Congresscritter to lie. Or be responsible for slander.
The left has a history of hating the CIA, going back to the Church hearings in the 1970s. In its heyday, the CIA exposed many soviet moles during the cold war. The democrats hate the CIA for that. I suspect we’ll soon see a lot of skeletons jumping out of rat closets. Maybe we’ll get to see a few treason trials against the rats.

It’ll happen. There is a debt here, and it needs to be paid in blood. Accusations such as hers can’t be put back in the box, or swept under the rug. She’s crossed a line, and the CIA knows that. In all honesty, it may not happen as soon as I think it will happen, but it will happen nonetheless...
