South Bend, IN -- The text of the honorary degree President Barack Obama will receive on Sunday at the Notre Dame graduation ceremony lauds the president on some political issues. However, it fails to mention Obama's extensive pro-abortion record and his faith to uphold the pro-life teachings of the Catholic Church.

Many of the influential alumni on the Notre Dame board are from the nearby Chicago area, and are part of the same Chicago power structure that President Obama ascended.

My children will not be going anywhere near this university. At this point, there are very few universities I would be a good choice. I may just give him some seed money to start his own business and bypass the indoctrination..errrrr “education”.

Entirely apart from the abortion issue, what has Obama accomplished as a lawyer or a law instructor?
Zero, zilch, nada, niente.
How the hell can you give someone an honorary degree of law when he has accomplished absolutely NOTHING as a lawyer?
His most famous statement as an instructor is that he wishes the Warren Court had done a better job of breaking the Constitution.
His most famous work as a lawyer was to sue Chicago banks to force them to make more subprime loans.
He has written absolutely NOTHING on the subject of law after a useless decade as an adjunct instructor.
And as President, he has repeatedly bent and broken the law to force his political agenda on private companies.
So, how does any of this deserve an honorary degree?
Send your kids to HILLSDALE College.
Its not Catholic, but it does support traditional American values.
It refuses to accept any Federal Dollars so it teaches and acts as it wants - free from interference from the commie atheists in Washington, D.C.

I know Hillsdale very well and receive “Imprimis” regularly.
Seems like Hillsdale is much more Catholic than nd. I would love to send my kids there, but the location is very bad for us. I have several neighbors here in Texas who came from Michigan. They won’t go back if they were paid to go.
