Tea Party is a proud part of our history - the name is fine as is.

'Tea Party' by itself; does not resonate with our history; it speaks of what it is. . .'the Boston Tea Party' otoh. . .does speak to America's revolutionary spirit. Perhaps and 'at least'; this could be known as 'the Great American Tea Party' . . or 'Boston' Tea Party II.

And of course and sadly; the very real threats to America's future go beyond taxes and down to 'core values' and our Supremely-ordained rights of freedom and the rights to pursue our vested self-interest - irrespective of our current Progressive Goverment determinations to the contrary. It was not just a 'tea party' then; and for sure; it is not now.

Hope that these critical issues can be carried forthrightly - and determinedly - under the banner of 'tea party' banner or an enhancement of 'tea party', then so be it!
