"China v.India? That’s lots of cannon fodder"

The article actually mentions India vs the US.

"China, and potentially India ... have the potential to challenge US (strategic) dominance within their regions,"

Not going to happen for another 30 years. I may be off by a decaded, but not anytime closer -- both are sensible enough to realise that a war will mir them in poverty for another century and both desperately want the global status quo to return to 1800 when combined they accounted for 50% of world GDP (right now I guess they account for 5 to 10% only, despite the substantial growth they've had in the past two decades)

And neither is crazy enough to use nukes - the crazies are in the Islamic world, especially the owners of the Islamic nuclear bomb -- Pakistan -- the Pakies nukes will be used against India, Israel and the US.
