Congress Plans Incentives for Healthy Habits

This was the con-job of HMOs: they were to be health maintenance organizations. They were to promote healthiness as a way of preventing the more expensive illnesses. It was all a load of crap. Through all the decades of supposedly unhealthy lifestyles that included smoking tobacco, drinking alcohol, eating high fat/high cholesterol diets, those people throughout the 20th century have lived on average far, far longer than anyone else. What we really need for Congress is some incentives to stay the hell out of our lives. I think the Second Amendment was meant to accomplish that, at least according to the founding fathers.
