Law degrees from Emory and University of Virginia, which would be a nice break from all those Ivies. We’ll see what turns up, but my first impression is that this woman is no radical, and is several cuts above most of the names that have floated around so far.

I doubt she would get it if this is the case. Obama doesn’t want one of his picks to turn out like Justice Thomas.
I think I approve of her.
