No. What matters is that the truck ran over you.
It makes no difference whether it was carrying radishes or radioactives.
If you are selling seats to donors or giving them to donors to fly over NYC it certainly does matter. In fact, it matters a lot to most of us taxpayers that they would cover up a joy ride on a plan designed for the President/VP.
