But the apology was not enough for some people in the area. Linda Garcia-Rose, a social worker who counsels post-traumatic stress disorder patients in an office three blocks from where the World Trade Center stood, told CNN that she is considering a class-action lawsuit against the government for the unannounced flight.

the way this suit will work is, New Yorkers have no standing... they filed against the wrong party...

Actually, I don’t see this as frivolous. No, I am not a lawyer, nor did I stay in a Holiday Inn recently...but...
Didn’t alot of lower Manhattanites, leave work, run down flights of stairs, run to the streets? How many cases of chest pain; nausea; astham attacks occurred because of the stress? How many ankle sprains or falls (people running in dress shoes)? What about the loss of productivity...how many returned to their offices? This whole incident could have been prevented; or could have been scheduled on an early Saturday or Sunday morning. No. There is culpability here.
I think I missed my true calling.

Who among us will finally stand up and say, “Enough”. Enough of politicians that think only of themselves. Enough of people crying about lawsuits every time someone makes a mistake. And enough of people always looking for “their fair share” of my money.
