None of this matters so much. Look for a resurrection of the Judiciary Reorganization Bill of 1937 to be buried in some 10,000 page long omnibus appropriations bill. Congress has the right to adjust the size of the SCOTUS, you know. No constitutional article or amendment has the size set at 9.

And if Harry "the body" Reid makes sure there is enough pork in the bill for Maine, I know that there will be at least two Repubicans that will gladly vote for it.

Just wait. They'll have us distracted with some stupid thing (mmm, maybe get our collective fury directed toward a "Truth Commission," "Congressional Hearings on Torture," "Special Prosecutor," or something like that) and they'll slip it in with no negative comment from the right at all.

Stay vigilant.

Stay vigilant.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance and the willingness to fight back.

In my estimation, we patriotic Americans have been vigilant long enough to see that it's time to fight back.

Because I’ve known what his agenda is since last summer, nothing surprises me anymore.

Hadn’t heard this.

Sounds plausible.
