I’m sure this bastard waited for a Dem President. There is a wing in hell waiting for Souter.

Is this the Judge who violated the right of ownership of private property? I’m thinking he’s the one a group formed in response to in order to get his property confiscated for the common good—sort of a turn about fair play deal? I can’t remember the exact name of the law.

That was Kylo v. New London, Connecticut, which upheld a state's right to seize property, through eminent domain, for the purpose of private development rather than public use.
