In almost ALL such cases, the executive has the privilege of granting amnesty/asylum/etc....
So - I doubt there is any chance of gaining a "conviction" ....
They cannot be legally admitted as aliens into the US, period.
If they are brought here & issued papers, then Obama, Holder and DHS have broken the law, it's that simple.
So I expect them to claim-- despite the mountains of evidence to the contrary that the gov has already admitted in evidence to their habeus proceedings-- that they have no ties to terorist organizations.
They will simply lie like dogs.
