It may be too late to get vaccine for this ready by this fall. I don’t honestly know for sure.
In 6 months this virus will likely have mutated and any vaccine created will be useless.
It's not unusual at all for some or all of the three strains contained in the yearly flu vax to be obsolete by the time the vax is released. Of course, the flu vaccine being a huge profit center, this information is not widely publicized.
If a vax is created for this Avian/Swine flu, it will be rushed to market and created in multi-dose vials, which are loaded with mercury. Since the regular, non-emergency flu vaccine is basically ineffective at best (see the Ontario study) and dangerous at worst (see Alzheimer's studies) I won't be subjecting myself to this one, either.
