Tims ran about half the length of the building before he died.
They found him on the sidewalk. He died quickly, he said.

Giving a kid a stupid name seems to make them do stupid things at an alarming frequency.

Article says he’s a kid: so I guess missing on the first shot can be forgiven.
Gun control, son...gun control.

Heart warming story! To libs, this was totally uncalled for. Should’ve given a warning then a second warning. If that failed allow perp into home to loot. After perp is fully satisfied call a psychiatrist to help you understand why perp did what he did.

Wait a minute, ABC news told me that guns aren’t effective as a means of protection...

Nope!! Our grand juries are very dangerous. They have COMMON SENSE and use it to full extent.
Snigg will never be charged and he should not be. He did the right thing by protecting his momma.

Firing a gun in an apartment, a decidedly bad idea. Best left to the most dire situations.
I had the unfortunate occasion to be in the end apartment when a gun fight, many rounds fired, broke out right outside my window. The police had cornered a car thief and he decided to shoot it out with the police. The rounds went through the paper thin walls. The floor was the safest bet.
When you are in an apartment and decide to shoot, you best know what is behind the curtain, because the walls will likely not stop the round from going into the next apartment -- Up, down or sideways.
If someone is trying to do you harm, be careful when you pull the trigger. You will be responsible for the consequences of hitting innocent people.
Good shooting Snigg ...

“Has Javorouss family mentioned yet that he was a good boy”?
His Father “Jamal” commented from jail. Mother “Tawanda” commented from 7-11 while purchasing a lottery ticket. Sister “Tamika” axed if she could have Javorous’ Nintendo.

He was trying to stimulate the economy — more work for the police, the coroner, the funeral home, the florist, the insurance company, etc.
