Proper etiquette? Obama? LOL

He has the table manners of a vulgarian. He doesn’t use a napkin and have you seen the way he holds his fork and his wine glass? His grammar is much the same.

Why was the wife so quick to say it was a suicide?

Maybe that's how she found him, as in hanging, but on further investigation authorities discovered he was shot. There's no way she could have made it look like a hanging. Wonder what the going rate is for a cover up these days?

It has been suggested that the “suicide” was to prevent his family from being taken out.Chicago-style politics.

Yea, I suggested that yesterday. That did NOT look like family where a suicide would be imminent, but looks can be deceiving. He may have laid down his life, so to speak, for his wife and daughter.

“Did you think such a site would be credible at FR?”

I don’t “hang out” there, and I never ever said I agree with it. I merely posted...sheesh! Outta here!

Franklin Raines is a buddy of Obama. He was a chief economic advisor to the presidential campaign of Senator Barack Obama. He got off scott free. The insurance company that paid his fine is probably asking for a bailout now. We the people are paying a huge price for everything liberal pols have done. And they are out to get us to pay more. Just not as much as this poor soul.

Civil charges were filed against Raines and two other former executives which sought $110 million in penalties and $115 million in returned bonuses from the three accused. On April 18, 2008, the government announced a settlement with Raines together with J. Timothy Howard, Fannie’s former chief financial officer, and Leanne G. Spencer, Fannie’s former controller.
The three executives agreed to pay fines totaling about $3 million, which will be paid by Fannie’s insurance policies.

If you read the quarter end report it shows 2008 annual costs.

Credit-related expenses for the full-year 2008 were $17.5 billion, compared to $3.1 billion for the full-year 2007.

Provision for credit losses for the full-year 2008 was $16.4 billion.

REO operations expense for the full-year 2008 was $1.1 billion, compared to $0.2 billion for the full-year 2007,

Other non-interest expense for the full-year 2008 was $3.2 billion, compared to $4.1 billion for the full-year 2007.

Included in other non-interest expense for the fourth quarter of 2008 were losses on loans purchased of $1.2 billion driven by both an increase in the volume and a significant decline in the fair value of loans purchased from PC pools.

Other non-interest expense for the third quarter of 2008 included a securities administrator loss on investment activity of $1.1 billion related to investments made by Freddie Mac in short-term, unsecured loans to Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc

2008 Annual report. Start about page 58 I think. But make sure you read 15 and 16. Good grief, they had a landslide of taxpayer dollars. But a lot of government intervention.

The left wants more government. Looking at this mess they created and then tried to fix and made worse, just makes you wonder what these people smoke. Now as far as I am concerned they took a life for their greed and need for power.

I never said anything about NBC, they'd burn it before reading. But I listed other "media", mostly "new", that would possibly give it a bit more play...just a bit.

Good point. Why would a man kill himself in the house with his children?

Since there was a guard posted outside the house before the suicide, makes you wonder why.

And, how many options do high level politicians have to try and remove “someone”? Suicide would seem the easiest.
