Dear [my name],
Thanks to your hard work, the Tea Parties on April 15 were a huge success.
They were so successful that the elite media tried to discredit and ignore them.
Over 1 million Americans of all political backgrounds took to the streets in over 850 cities, which proves something very important - we are not alone.
Those of us who believe in free enterprise, individual liberty, limited government, and accountability have taken a stand, and April 15th is just the first chapter in this story.
It’s now up to all of us to keep the momentum going and decide what’s next. This is your movement.
First - if you went to a Tea Party, what was your experience?
Two - what would you like to do next?
Please note if you are interested in organizing on a local level.
You can answer these questions by replying to this email, or by posting your stories at http://tracking.smartmailer.net/?124-928-1083620-1313.
We will be collecting everyone’s feedback and suggestions, and we’ll report back to you soon on what the community decides.
Thank you for being such an important part of this movement.
Forward together,

Dave,
I went to the wonderfully organized Central Valley Tea Party at the Save Mart Center parking lot in Fresno, California. It was terrific and amazing! So many people (7500), so many arrangements made in such a short time!
I’d like to see a similar event on June 13, the day before Flag Day, at the same location if possible. With more time to prepare, we could invite various groups to participate and have information tables set up to speak to attendees who want to volunteer, purchase goods, sign petitions, register to vote, etc. When the speakers run out of steam or the listeners get restless, this would give them a way to channel their energy and get involved in making changes in a practical way.
The owner of FreeRepublic.com, Jim Robinson, is in Fresno and he said he’d love to have a booth to promote FR and meet or sign up new “FReepers,” etc. FR is a great way for people to connect and agree (or disagree, LOL) on the policies we should pursue. He attended the Tea Party along with a few fellow FReepers and they enjoyed the heck out of it. They had several threads about the Tea Parties all over the country with after-action reports, pictures, videos, etc.
Melissa Courtney whom I have copied on this message did an amazing job with the CVTP. I am in total awe of her and everything she did to get this event put together. Chris Daniel the afternoon talk show host at KMJ also assisted by publicizing the event and putting people and their offered services together under Melissa’s guidance.
Great job Melissa!!

We would love you to have a booth. That would be fantastic.
