Hmm. You advocate killing others if it is done by the state. Seems like a culture of death exists somewhere is that.

Effectively speaking, the right to self defense carries the right to kill in the defense of one’s own life. Which is, again speaking in practical terms, the right to impose capital punishment at the scene of the crime, during the attempt to commit the crime.
