The Declaration also says this:

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

As infuriating as the leftist policies of the new administration are, I think the majority in this country believes that we're a long way from the Declaration's standard of the insufferable evils needed to provide a legitimate revolution. That was the problem of the Confederate idiots of 1860 who insanely resorted to revolutionary means as a response to political setbacks. Like it or not, a large number of Americans voted for Mr. Obama and our Republic requires a degree of political maturity to accept unpleasant political results.

States rights supersede that of the Fed.

The Confederates had a justifiable grievances other than that of unjustifiable slavery. The war of Northern Aggression did not start because of slavery, as many are led to believe, but was resolved by it.

You seem to easily dismiss the fact that it took Obama’s galloping marxism for many to finally see that a 5th column has been steadily busy in the US for over 80 years.

Lets not forget that TARP will be used to effectively buy the elections in 2010 and 2012. We have pretty much seen the end of free & fair elections in the US.

Americans will simply not stand for voter fraud on steroids, which is exactly what we are going to get.

The adherence to Constitutional principle is not a “light and transient cause.”

I’m sorry you are so naive on the matter.

Btw, Obama only received 6 million more votes than McCain, not exactly a mandate for cataclysmic, socialist change. A change that will result in the complete subversion of the Republic. Many people are waking up to this very real threat.
