They are an Government Agency like any other so of course they are.
I have not been able to wrap my head around why we have a department of homeland security to begin with. Isn’t that what the Department of Defense is supposed to be for?
I’ve always thought that “The Department of Homeland Security” sounded a little too much like “The Ministry of the Interior.”
Thank Bush for that one... Sorry, but it’s true... It was a reactionary step taken in light of 9/11. Just like the Patriot Act that many here defended, and I got yelled at for being upset about... Guess what? THIS is why I was yelling back then folks... Trust Bush and the GOP? FINE... But NOW those laws will be used against US by the Liberals. THAT is the problem when ANY politician ignores ANY part of the Constitution for ANY reason...
