Why can’t you just do July 4th state-only parties like April 15th was and set the big one for Sept. 12th or whatever date that was. It’ll be cooler in Washington, D.C. then anyway, right?

This way you don’t have so long of a wait until they hear from us again.

I recommend July 3rd rather than July 4th, as most of us have the day off and will be able to attend. Most free space in our towns and communities is already taken for July 4th events, and we probably would run into trouble gettting permits (and unlike the left, we operate within the law).

Another problem might be that if we hold them on July 4th, the drive-by media will spin it as right-wing extremists force their views on bystanders on national holiday, that sort of thing. Of course, it’s only a suggestion and your mileage may vary.
