Good gosh, that’s INSANE! Obama’s appointees in Defense Dept are already hard at work, I see. How long until they have completely dismantled our national defense network and turned it around and against those opposing Obama’s commie initiatives?
You dangerous radical you.
Yeap that’s me pro life, church going member of the NRA.
You are such a rebel! To Gitmo with you!!
WESH.COM (VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA)
Should taxpayer dollars pay for the government’s economic bailout plan?
Choice Votes Percentage of 19890 Votes
Yes 1683 8%
No 17170 86%
I can’t decide. 1037 5%
It started out as a rainy day but as soon as we started to sing the Star Spangled Banner the sun came out - we were blessed by God!
Slide show of all photos (sorry some of them are out of focus).
It’s not for naught, KGG. In fact, I think today will change the nature of politics as we know it.
I just heard Glen say that this will lead to something big and I agree.
Cause we did this!!!
We did all by ourselves!
The congress critters didn’t want it to happen, not the pubs with the suntans even. Once citizens take to the streets it blows it all wide open.
Remember, a lot of how the libs operate is by secrecy and misleading sound and sight bytes. They know we are a busy people, especially folks like us, all involved with carrying this country on our backs whilst raising the citizens and soldiers of tomorrow. We are not, or were not, a group of folk that were effective at organizing. It used to be like herding cats.
That was before the Internet and a new president who smirked and figured he could rob the treasury and call it a stimulus. That was when a new president was so cocksure of himself. He had the Dems....that’s a fact.
He had the pubs so scared after years they enjoyed feasting on the teat of pork barrel, their “friends”, their smugness that a senatorship was theirs for life.
He had it all....
EXCEPT....the ordinary citizens, the Middle class, and that’s the middle class of BOTH parties although few of the middle class are Democrat at this point.
But the loyal opposition party was effectively whipped and McCain was the death knell. Now the pubs don’t know who the hell they are any more.
It’s going to take a while cause elections only happen every oncit in a while. But we’re going to UNELECT them, one by one if need be. With this newfound coalition, we will gain hope, we have a way to gather together, we have LEARNED how to do it.
The face of politics as we’ve known it, is forever changed.
Mark my words.
I left the Fort Lauderdale TP about 20 minutes ago. I estimate about 300 people, maybe more. Lots of support from passing motorists. Didn’t notice any potential infiltrators. No pictures, sorry.
Mine on Kellogg Park, Plymouth MI.
Pictures later..

Ping.....
They can only relate to how they organize: some rich person pays them, feeds them, and buses them to their rallies and hand them signs and tells them what to say.
I hope these links work, first time I tried it. Supposedly about 500 in the two Bethlehem locations, and about 2000 in Harrisburg. We were in Harrisburg, and it POURED from about 11:30 to 1:30. Buckets. This was our first attendance at anything like this. Most of the people seemed like very nice families. The people around us were so nice, I wished I had more time to talk with them and get to know them. We did not see any disrupters at all, except a few people from something like cryptogod.com, except that doesn't seem to exist, so I forget exactly what it was, trying to make it into a religious rally, rather obnoxious, but they stepped aside when the speakers started. The main feature of the rally was the rain!
Here is our U.S. Congressman, The Honorable Louie Gohmert. Just wish there were 500 more Louie's in Washington D.C. and America would be alright.
Winner of the funniest sign.
Even Conservative Canines showed up to voice disproval.
Pa Mom gave an excellent description of the event. The people there were the salt of the earth! Hard-working Americans from every walk of life! College students, men and women in business suits, bikers, senior citizens - all with one goal - to send the government a message that we know what they are up to and we won't stand for it!
So here's my attempt to send a picture. If it works, I'll send more!
See my post #508 from Myrtle Beach
OK, my links didn’t work.

AP - Thousands of protesters, some dressed like Revolutionary War soldiers and most waving signs with anti-tax slogans, gathered around the nation Wednesday for a series of rallies modeled after the original Boston Tea Party. They chose the income tax filing deadline to express their displeasure with government spending since President Barack Obama took office.
Surprisingly accurate for the MSM.
TMLC Demands Dept. of Homeland Security Reveal Basis for its Report Targeting Right Wing ExtremistsApril 15, 2009
ANN ARBOR, MI The Thomas More Law Center announced today that is has filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the Department of Homeland Security demanding to know the basis for their recent intelligence assessment targeting as rightwing extremists those who oppose abortion, gun control, lax immigration laws, and a myriad of other policies supported by President Obamas administration. The Law Center filed its request after consultation with conservative talk show host Michael Savage.
The Department of Homeland Securitys document in question, Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment was released to law enforcement agencies throughout the country. Of particular concern was the reports singling out of military veterans as vulnerable to rightwing extremism.
Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center stated, This is not an intelligence report but a diatribe against those who oppose the policies of the Obama administration. It is a declaration of war against the American people and our constitution. It is a prelude to extreme gun control legislation and hate speech laws targeting Christian churches and others who oppose abortion and same sex marriage. The federal government should be focusing its attention on the 35 radical Muslim compounds in the U.S. training its followers on how to kidnap and kill Americans.
Thompson went on to say that this may be another opportunity for the Law Center to team up with Dr. Michael Savage. Michael Savage, the nationally syndicated conservative radio talk show host of The Savage Nation, recently teamed with the Thomas More Law Center in order to protect free speech by opposing the so-called Fairness Doctrine. Michael Savage warned of the possibility of a document like this being produced by DHS when he raised the issue of Fusion Cells. Fusion Cells are a set of local intelligence centers across the country created by the Department of Homeland Security to combat terrorism and related criminal activity, which includes pro-life activity.
Michael Savage is a longtime on-air supporter of the Thomas More Law Center. He used his radio show to marshal overwhelming support for one of the Law Centers clients, Marine LtCol Jeffrey Chessani. Chessani is being prosecuted by the government in the so-called Haditha massacre a massacre that never happened. A military judge ultimately dismissed the case. The government appealed the ruling and lost, but may appeal again.
The Thomas More Law Center defends and promotes Americas Christian heritage and moral values, including the religious freedom of Christians, time-honored family values, and the sanctity of human life. It supports a strong national defense and an independent and sovereign United States of America. The Law Center accomplishes its mission through litigation, education, and related activities. It does not charge for its services. The Law Center is supported by contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations, and is recognized by the IRS as a section 501(c)(3) organization.
