Try this: 1. point your browser to The DHS Report

2. When the Report is displayed on your screen, Right click on the report, and select document properties.

3. Look for the information regarding the Creation and Modification dates near the center of the pop up.

My conclusion is that the copy being circulated originated on 1/23/2007 @ 1:32:54 PM and was modified to include the April 4th incident on 4/7/2009 @ 5:47:57 PM. It was apparently released the same day as that modification.

Thanks....very puzzling....I wrote Michelle and asked her if she was given any explanation for it...If, and that’s a big IF, she writes with any word on it, I’ll post. I don’t know much about that kind of thing and whether or not something like that might be affected when the document is being hosted by someone other than the creator. I’d think not, but don’t know. Good catch.

Looks to me like the doc was dragged out, polished up a bit, then “leaked” to stir up conservatives online. It was spread quickly once trusted conservatives vouched for its genuineness.

Good thing nobody on FR went over the top and posted extreme things, eh, with DHS watching?

Someone is poking, looking for a response. I wonder what effect this will have on the Tea Parties?
