Looks to me like the doc was dragged out, polished up a bit, then “leaked” to stir up conservatives online. It was spread quickly once trusted conservatives vouched for its genuineness.

My guess is that is exactly what this is about. I was taken in for a bit too, but then I started thinking and it didn't make logistical sense. We're all justifiably leery of this bogus shill.
Surely Obama’s administration via the DHS would not play mind games with the citizens of the United States of America. Surely they would not waste the taxpayers money on a bogus report. Surely they would not disrespect we, the people. Surely.
