There are those in Congress who want to bring W. up on “war crimes” charges.
There are those, in the Obama administration, and in Congress, who wish to close GITMO and release at least some of the prisoners on US soil!
There are many liberals who do not support the use of force, ever.
There are many liberals who think that the war on terrorism should be a legal action, not a military action.

Get real. While one might find an occasional post on Free Republic that is beyond the pale, the comments you are responding to are probably closer to reality than you would care to accept.
