What is your problem? There’s a lot to complain about the Obama’s but planting a vegetable garden???????
When I grew up in the suburbs of NY in the 1970s, 90% of our neighbors grew their own vegetables. Now when I go back to visit my parents, I don’t see any gardens at all. How could Americans have become so lazy in one generation?
I applaud Michelle for setting this example.
My problem is gratuitous photo ops by intellectually dishonest pols.

Glad to know that I’m not alone in thinking this is not a bad thing. Planting and tending a garden is a wonderful learning experience for children.
