You'd rather have Michelle Obama drafting plans to nationalize health care, like Hillary was doing when she was first lady?
Michelle Obama is showing these kids that with a little effort they can actually produce something and give them something to be proud of.
ALL first ladies have some kind of cause or project. Michelle teaching those kids that effort produces rewards is the best thing that she could be doing, particularly for the kids that would be most likely to look up to her.
