The only way we can turn things around in this country is to get a veto-proof majority of conservatives. And you don't do that by having liberals run your party.

The liberals within the GOP should have been run out of the party long ago when we had majorities to spare. Now, we're stuck with them when we have no votes to spare at all and our brand is in the trash.

This strategy is a failure. Purge and rebuild is where we need to be. The longer we put it off, the lower the bottom will be--and the greater the likelihood that a whole new conservative party will need to be built from scratch.
