If my son even considered doing something like this, I would beat the snot out of him and ground him for life.
My kids aren't afraid of the law...they are afraid of God's wrath, my husband, and ME.
Nowadays, parents want to be their child's friend.
First, be their protector and caregiver. Then, be their role model and the "enforcer." When they are productive, centered adults, then you can be their friend.

They demanded the pair hand over their mobile phones, money and trainers. When they refused they were tortured with burning cigarettes, cut with a knife 'from head to toe' and then beaten with bricks, according to witnesses. ACCORDING TO WITNESSES ?

Psychopathic behavior can be seen that young and even younger. There are fairly objective ways to test if they are psychopaths or not. These children should be tested.
